Heat phase A to 85°C and stir until homogeneous. Add Carbopol to the hot phase A. Heat phase C to 85°C and add to phase A under agitation, then homogenize strongly. Cool down to 50°C. Add phase D to the emulsion. Homogenize thoroughly and then with continued mixing cool down to ambient temperature. It is generally recommended to use vacuum while producing the emulsion.
